Through the effort of the Quail Forever (scquailforever.org), the S.C. Conservation Bank, the S.C. Department of Natural Resources and individual quail enthusiasts including Allen Bell and Tim Askins, the opportunity for public draw hunts is on the verge of doubling in the state.
